DEQ...Purchase Water Systems Rule Change

New rules by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality effective September 7, 2014 require purchase water systems to increase testing from once (1) per month to a minimum of ninety (90) times per month.  The testing is required for chlorine residual twice daily in the distribution system and once at point of entry (POE) into the system.  This will greatly increase required testing costs.
